1st year €724, 2nd year €854 (+18 %), 3rd year €977 (+35 %), 4th year €1,014 (+40 %) under § 17 BBiG. Collective agreements are often well above this.
How net pay is calculated
Full employee social security contributions with the average additional rate – the transition zone (midi job) does not apply to apprentices; up to €325 a month the employer pays all contributions alone (§ 20 SGB IV). Wage tax in class I, without church tax.
